Returned Goods are accepted upon approval by Alloy Fastener Inc. sales and customer service personnel.
In order to return finished products for credit, please go to the “Customer Service” button on our main Web Page, then click on the pull down “Alloy R.G.A. Form” and follow the prompts, or click on this link Alloy RGA Form. After filling out the form, you will be contacted by the proper personnel to obtain an Alloy RGA number.
This RGA number is used to track the product shipment and receipt as well as to ensure applicable credit and restocking fees.
The RGA number is required to be indicated on all packages and paperwork being returned for traceability purposes.
Review the RGA instructions and fill out the form in order to complete the transaction without additional delay.
